How do I send my tapes and photos to the studio?
You can bring your media personally to our office on Calle Larios, Málaga, or send them via insured courier. In both cases, we provide a reception report.
In what format will I receive my files?
Depending on the service, we deliver MP4 for video, WAV or MP3 for audio, and JPEG or TIFF for images, either on a USB drive or via a secure download link.
What happens if my tapes are damaged?
We perform a prior inspection. If we detect physical damage or mold, we will inform you about restoration possibilities before starting the capture process.
How long does it take to complete the order?
The average delivery time is 10 days, although this may vary depending on the volume of media and the complexity of the required restoration.
