This policy explains how Stionhub S.L. collects, uses, and protects your personal information. It enters into force on 14 October 2026.

1. Data Controller

The controller responsible for the processing of personal data is Stionhub S.L., with a share capital of 6,000 €, represented by its director Cristina Blanco Fernández. 2. Data Collected and Purpose

We collect personal data through our contact form, emails, and phone calls. The information processed includes:

  • Identification data: full name.
  • Contact data: email address and phone number.
  • Service information: description of the media to be digitized and shipping address if applicable.

The purpose is to manage quote requests, coordinate the delivery of original materials, and send the resulting digital files. This processing is governed by the provisions in our terms of service.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The legal basis is the execution of a contract or pre-contract (management of the service request) and the explicit consent provided via the checkbox in our form.

4. International Transfers and Providers

For the technical operation of the site and inquiry management, we use the following providers:

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): Service used for form submission. Data is processed on servers located in the United States. FormSubmit guarantees that data is transmitted securely and is not used for advertising purposes.
  • Arsys Internet S.L.U.: Hosting provider located at C/ Madre de Dios 21, 26004 Logroño (La Rioja), Spain.

5. Retention Periods

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to provide the service. Once delivery is completed and the backup storage period has elapsed (60 days according to our internal rules), the data will be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it under Spanish tax regulations.

6. User Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability. To do so, you must send a written request to [email protected] attaching a copy of your identity document.

7. Consent Control and Cookies

Consent for the use of local storage is managed via the stnh-consent key in the browser's localStorage, with a validity of 180 days. For more details, please consult our Cookie Policy.

8. Complaints and Applicable Law

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), located at C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, or through their portal https://www.aepd.es.

This policy is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Málaga.
