Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

This document establishes the terms under which Stionhub S.L. (located at Calle Larios, 14, 29005 Málaga, directed by Cristina Blanco Fernández, with a share capital of 6,000 €) performs the transfer of data from physical media (VHS, cassettes, films, slides) to digital formats.

2. Requests and Booking

Service requests are formalized via the contact form or direct agreement. To process an order, the client must deliver the physical media and pay the corresponding deposit. Acceptance of the quote implies adherence to these conditions and our Privacy Policy.

3. Pricing and Billing

All prices published on the website include 21% VAT in accordance with current Spanish legislation. To initiate the digitization process, a mandatory deposit of 30% of the total quote is required.

For B2B clients (companies or associations), the payment term is 15 calendar days after the invoice date, provided this has been previously agreed upon in writing.

4. Deadlines and Urgency

The standard execution period is 12 working days from the date of receipt of both the materials and the deposit. If the client requires priority delivery, an urgency surcharge of 50% over the base service price will be applied.

Any delay attributable to the client in providing necessary information or materials will suspend the delivery countdown.

5. Intellectual Property and Rights

The client declares and guarantees that they are the legitimate owner of the media delivered or possess the necessary authorization for its digitization. Stionhub S.L. does not produce copies of commercial films, copyright-protected music, or any material that infringes upon intellectual property laws.

The digital output belongs to the client, who assumes full responsibility for the use and distribution of said files. For further details on the processing of personal data, please refer to the DPA.

6. Liability and Storage

Stionhub S.L. commits to handling originals with maximum professional care. However, the company is not liable for the natural degradation of old media (such as hydrolysis syndrome in VHS tapes) that may prevent the full reading of the material.

Original media will be kept at our facilities for a maximum period of 60 days after the delivery of the digital copy. After this period, the client must have collected the materials or arranged for postal shipment.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

In accordance with RDL 1/2007, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to personalized services or products made to the consumer's specifications once the execution of the service has begun.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days after receipt of the digital material. Complaints will be resolved preferably through amicable means. In the event of litigation, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Málaga.
