Generally, we deliver MP4 files with the H.264 codec, which offer a perfect balance between visual quality and file size, being compatible with televisions, tablets, and smartphones. If superior quality is required for later editing, we can agree on less compressed formats.

Delivery is made via transfer to a flash drive (USB) provided by the client or the studio, or through a secure cloud download link available for a determined period. Furthermore, we return the original media intact, allowing the client to keep the analog source as a physical backup.

Execution Timeframes and Urgency

The average delivery time is 10 days, although the final time depends on the volume of tapes and the complexity of the media's condition. For standard orders, the execution time is 12 business days from reception and confirmation of the deposit payment.

What is NOT included in the service

Additionally, for legal and ethical reasons, we do not digitize commercial movies, series, or any copyright-protected content not owned by the client. Price Calculation and Taxes

Our prices are calculated per unit of media (cassette). The final cost is determined by multiplying the format rate by the number of processed tapes. All prices indicated in our table include the 21% VAT corresponding to Spanish legislation, providing total transparency in the quote.

For B2B clients or companies, we issue the corresponding invoice breaking down the taxable base and the tax, with an agreed payment term of 15 days. For private individuals, a 30% deposit is required to initiate the digitization process.
